You may only use it if you have attended a relevant practical training sessions presented by one of our (Law Practice Assist) presenters or an attorney practicing as such at Ettienne Barnard Attorneys and have been referred to the slides as training tools;
Neither our company, nor the authors, presenters, sponsors, collaborators, training entity or entities, Ettienne Barnard Attorneys nor the Law Society of South Africa accept liability for any inaccuracies or claims of whatever nature, arising from the use of the material, the notes or the examples;

The links to the apps and all material are provided free of charge;
Any internet service provider or other data download cost are for your own expense;
You consent that Legal Practice Assist may unilaterally amend these terms and conditions and other notices and that such terms, conditions and notices will then apply in amended form, but you may unsubscribe and stop using the services should you not wish to be bound by the amended terms, conditions and/or notices;
You may only download the slides if you agree to all of these terms and conditions and fully comply with them.
